In order to exercise these rights, you must submit to us in writing, either in person, by mail or e-mail, your request to exercise these rights, and verify your identity by presenting an identity document or otherwise in accordance with the procedures established by legal acts, or by electronic means that allow proper identification of a person. We will respond to your request within 30 calendar days.
